I always add green veggies to my dish, fresh spices as RoseMary or dill, sage, oregano, etc every week, I cook with fresh veggies, as squash, asparagus, sweet potato, carrot, zukini, etc lots of salad as Greek, garden, Asian etc .. I plant year round in a solar green house!! Life is amazingly wonderful as eating good as staying healthy & hydrated!!

  1. Your recipes sound great! We often have fish with roasted vegetables (potato, carrot, turnip, onion) and never thought to roast broccoli. The only suggestion I may have is to have a photo of the dish to show less experienced cooks approximate size pieces for the veggies to cook evenly with the fish. Thank you for some very good meal ideas.
