WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you complete our surveys or interact with our website. The information may include:

Contact information: As part of our surveys, you will be asked to provide us with your contact information, such as your name, complete postal address, and email address. This information is required so that we are able to facilitate our programs and sweepstakes events to you. For example, we would need your name and postal address to mail you product samples, valuable trial coupons, product information, and other offers. Likewise, we would need your email address and complete postal address to send you any email offers.

Consumer Product Survey Information: As you participate in our Consumer Product Survey, you will be asked to answer questions regarding yours or your household’s product usage, brand preferences, shopping habits, hobbies & interests (such as reading and sports), health conditions, and preferences for wellness products. You may also be asked to provide demographic information, such as your age range, gender, the number of people in your household, and household income range. Such responses will enable us and our clients to provide you with the most relevant offers for your household. For example, many of our clients create offers especially for people with certain interests and demographic characteristics.

Email Interaction: We may place web beacons or pixel tags within our email messages to you to collect information about how you interact with those messages. This can include various interactions, such as whether the email was opened and what you clicked on within that email. Information regarding your interaction with our email messages helps us determine the best ways to make our offers available to you. For example, if you open an email, we may decide not to resend you that same offer since you have already seen it. Additionally, we may also combine your email interaction behavior with similar information of other members in aggregate and anonymous summary reports. Such summary reports will enable us and our clients to enhance and improve our products and services.

Social Media Integrations: Our websites may have integrated with third party social media platforms that give you the option to sign into our websites using your social media account, and likewise give you the option to share information about your activities on our websites with others on your social media network. These social media integrations will help you authenticate your identity and will enable you to share certain information to pre-populate our survey signup forms. Functionality of these integrations require us to set a cookie on your device. The information we collect via the social media sign-in feature will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. All other social media features are governed by that social media company’s privacy policy.

Third Party Information: Shopper’s Voice and our clients may collect and use additional information from third parties, where, for example you may have given permission to those third parties to share your information with others like us. We use this third-party information to help improve our products and services, as well as to provide you with more relevant product information and offers.
